"Radical", "progressive", "nontraditional", "cult", "stylish" - these are just some of the epithets received by a unique Russian theatre which has invariably stood out since the day of its inception. Theatre blackSKYwhite came into being in 1988 and their first premiere "Tatyanin Den'" took place in the spring of 1989. Since then the company has staged nine plays:
